IonCleanse Detox
IonCleanse® Foot Detox Session
A relaxing, in-person foot bath designed to gently support your body’s natural detox pathways, calm your nervous system, and complement your inflammation and energy work.
What Is an IonCleanse Session?
During an IonCleanse® session, you sit comfortably with your feet in a warm, salt-water foot bath while a gentle array helps create a charged environment in the water. Many clients experience deep relaxation, a sense of “lightness,” and support for their overall detox and wellness goals.
In my practice, IonCleanse is used as a supportive modality alongside nutrition, nervous-system work, and lifestyle changes—not as a stand-alone medical treatment.
What to Expect in a Session
- Brief check-in about how you’re feeling and your current focus.
- Feet placed in a warm, comfortable foot bath (approx. 30–35 minutes).
- Quiet time to relax, breathe, or simply be still.
- Gentle close-out and suggestions for after-care (hydration, rest, gentle support).
Potential Benefits
- Deep relaxation and nervous-system calming.
- Support for the body’s natural detox pathways.
- Feeling “lighter” or less burdened in the body.
- Complement to inflammation, energy, and lifestyle work.
